A few hours after he had helped his team of Vandsyssel – in Denmark – get the bronze medal in the Denmark’s Elite Interclubs Championships, Roslin Hashim (pictured here playing against Joachim Persson this Monday) was clearly disappointed on his arrival in Kuala Lumpur that the had once again had neglected to send his entry to the upcoming AVIVA Singapore Open and to the DJARUM Indonesia Open the following week.

I cannot help but feel that this is a sabotage. I cannot accept the explanation that they (the BAM) have missed out my name again. This time, I am not accepting their apology. I am very disappointed,” said Roslin in an interview with The Star.

BAM admitted committing a mistake and stated they would try to get Roslin entered in the Djarum Indonesia Open as the Singapore Open draw has been done already. For his part, the shuttler, who is not currently part of the national team in spite of his world of 19th , has threatened to take the National Association to court if no action is taken. This mistake may have a big impact on Roslin’s career as these two tournaments will count towards the qualification in the upcoming and most of all, the Olympic Games.
