China is sending nine current top ten players, along with a quartet of teenagers to Tianjin for the , the badminton competition of which is set to kick off on October 8th.  World #1 Zhao Yunlei will headline, along with world #2’s Ma Jin, Xu Chen, and Chen Long but 19-year-old Macau Open champion Sun Yu and current Asian Junior Championship runners-up Chen Qingchen / He Jiaxin are also on the squad, which is likely to leave very little gold for the relatively inexperienced Korean and Japanese teams, announced earlier in the week (see here).
