After their amazing organisation during the Sudirman Cup held in Qingdao, China was rewarded with yet another major tournament – the Thomas and Uber Cup 2012, which will be featured in Wuhan, China.
Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province in the People’s Republic of China, has been named the host city for the prestigious biennial world men’s and women’s team badminton championships.
The only other bid for this event was Indonesia.
