One of Singapore’s top women’s doubles player, Yao Lei is retiring at the age of 24 after her last appearance in the Asian Games this week. The Chinese-born shuttler, for the past 6 years, has been living in Singapore, where she won some significant tournaments including the Singapore Open Superseries. Yao Lei is now returning to her homeland China to pursue her studies. We at Badzine wish her the very best of luck in her future career.
