Former Olympic and World Champion Taufik Hidayat survived a first set scare against Hong Kong’s Hu Yun in the first round of the centennial All-England this morning. The 4th-seeded Indonesian won the game 17-21, 21-11, 21-12 and revealed to Badzine in a video interview after the game that despite the wealth of experience he has accumulated at the All-England over the last decade, winning the coveted title in Birmingham is still a long shot for him.
