According to a report late last night in The Jerusalem Post, Badminton World Federation (BWF) Secretary General Thomas Lund is planning to escort Israeli shuttler Misha Zilberman to Indonesia.  The report says Zilberman’s participation in the is ‘still unsure’ and does not confirm that a visa for the player has been approved.

Although the Worlds kick off this morning at 9AM, Zilberman’s first match, against Hsu Jen Hao of Chinese Taipei, is not until tomorrow morning at 11:15.
