The Danish Interclub saw its first qualified teams for the finals on Friday after Team Skælskør Slagelse beat Arhus in a thrilling 4-3 victory, with the winning point given by Peter Gade over Jan Jorgensen 21-18 in the Golden Set after both players had already played against each other in the regular match. The match was broadcast live on TV2 Denmark and saw last year’s winners come out on top. This match was filled with international stars. The next match, the other semi-final, will see Kenneth Jonassen’s club of Greve take on Vaerlose, which has Tine Rasmussen as its leader.
