Irelands Sam Magee, the former European Junior men’s doubles champion, came away from the Banuinvest Romanian International on Sunday with a haul of two gold medals in both the mixed and men’s doubles.
The Irishman paired with his sister Chloe took the mixed in a tight 3 game battle in the first of the day’s finals. Magee was back on court again for the last final of the day where he and partner Tony Stephensen took the men’s doubles in what proved to be a great day for Sam Magee and Irish badminton.
