Badzine is proud to announce that two of its regular contributors have been awarded this week-end by the with its Prizes for Story of the Year 2011. Dev Sukumar, a long-time Badzine correspondent, working for different in India, won the 2011 BWF Prize’s English Story of the Year and has been invited to see the BWF Thomas and Uber Cups finals in Wuhan in May. His story “How the Danes down Goliaths” article was published by Sports Illustrated (India) in December, 2011.

Don Hearn, who is Badzine’s longest contributor as well as one of its senior editors, was a Merit Winner, together with Rajes Paul from the Star.  Don had written a piece on Badzine called

Superseries top 40 to go for greatest hits in Liuzhou”
