Gita Irawan Wirjawan, Indonesian trade minister was elected today to become the new chairman (2013-2016) of the Indonesian Badminton Federation (PBSI). Gita Wirjawan is a Harvard graduate and was elected with 31 votes while his rival, former World Champion Icuk Sugiarto got 2 votes while 1 decided to be abstain… This was a nice Birthday present as Mr Wirjawan was born September 21st 1965 – he just turned 47 today.
