According to the well-known Chinese media outlet Sina.com, the former Chinese top men’s singles player,  Bao Chunlai was reported to have lost the use of his left ear due to an untreated disease.  The former Asian champion, now turned actor, admitted to having constantly postponed his medical check-up because of a very tight filming schedule and the delays have now led to hearing loss that will probably be incurable.

Bao disclosed the truth while appearing on a famous Chinese variety show, stating how difficult it was at first to deal with the constant dizziness but that he felt some improvement since he was struck with it a few weeks ago.  However, Bao clearly added he would definitely keep on his acting activities in the future.

All of us at Badzine wish the best of luck to Bao Chunlai!
