Yu Yang and Sudket Prapakamol will both be competing in the upcoming Indonesia Open Superseries Premier with new partners. Yu is partnering China Masters winner Zhong Qianxin a week after her long-time partner Wang Xiaoli begins a new partnership with reigning World Champion Zhao Yunlei.
Thailand’s Sudket Prapakamol, who had a brief appearance at the world #1 spot nearly 8 years ago, is teaming up with Sapsiree Taerattanachai, who has not competed in mixed doubles yet this year. Sudket’s last appearance in a final was when he won the Indonesia Open in 2012.
These new pairings are in addition to many combinations that will debut the previous week at the Australian Open.
