Team Derby won the inaugural Badminton League on Sunday over Loughborough Sport in the inaugural NBL final at the K2 sports complex in Crawley on Sunday after a nail-biting tie. It was went down to a match between Rajiv Ouseph and Swedish Henri Hurskainen, with the English shuttler winning 5/4 in the deciding game, making it 3/2 overall for his team Derby.
