Two of Denmark’s badminton stars got married within a week’s time. First, 2009 world mixed doubles champion Thomas Laybourn tied the knot – (not with his court partner Kamilla Rytter Juhl ) but with Lotte Christensen, and then, this last week-end, Tine Rasmussen and her long time fiancé Martin Baun got married in their home of Denmark under splendid sunshine.

Tine was crowned European Champion this year and All England winner, while her new husband is no less than the team physiotherapist, who looked after her long rehabilitation after she snapped her Achilles tendon a few years ago.
All the Badzine team wish Martin and Tine on one hand, and Thomas and his bride on the other, the very best.
