India’s P.C. Thulasi scooped her first international gold medal this weekend in Mumbai as a Christmas present when she beat Indonesia’s Fransiska Ratnasari in the final of the Tata Open . Indonesia, however, scooped two titles, in the men’s singles – which saw an all-Indonesian affair – and men’s doubles while Thailand took the ladies’ doubles and mixed titles.
