The French Badminton Association launched its new name and new logo this week-end, hoping to make an impact on the image of the sport in France, which is currently one of the fastest growing in the sport landsca: badminton is now the #1 sport played in French schools.

“We wanted to give a hint of dynamism, modernity and energy and make the French BA become a brand, not just a name,” said the director of communication Pascal Bildstein.

Instead of “FFBA”, the new name of the French BA is now “FFBaD”.
