Michelle Li of Canada scooped another title in Brazil this Sunday after beating unseeded Ito Kana from Japan 21-15, 21-15. The young Canadian had beaten all her opponents – except for Turkey’s Bayrak Ozge – in straight games to clinch the gold medal in Sao Paolo.

The Polish fighter Przemyslaw Wacha scooped the men’s singles event but the winner of the day was USA’s Eva Lee, who got 2 gold, in mixed and women’s doubles.
