The Strasbourg Masters have kicked off in style in the European Capital with some impressive matches. Logic prevailed in the women’s singles event, where Petya Nedelcheva and Judith Meleundijks qualified for the final of the exhibition tournament. The Bulgarian saw off German’s pretty lady Carola Bott 21-9, 21-6, while it took a bit more time and energy for the Dutch star to beat local hope  Sashina Vignes 23-21, 21-19

In the men’s singles event, a quarter final between Matthieu Lo Ying Ping and Petr Koukal ravished the well filled Rotonde Stadium with amazing shots, dives and a lot of humour.
