After Imogen Bankier quit the Great Britain program to go back to Scotland and focus on the Commonwealth Games, her partnership with Chris Adcock came to an end as well, pushing Badminton England to reshuffle the pairs. The World Championship runner-up will reunite with his girlfriend Gabrielle White on court starting from next year. Adcock and White had played together in their junior years and had won the national title in 2012 together. Andrew Ellis is set to take Nathan Robertson’s spot with Jenny Wallwork while his brother Marcus will team up with a lesser known player Alyssa Lim.

Here are the new pairs from January 2013 onwards

Chris Adcock (Nottinghamshire) & Gabby White (Yorkshire)
Andrew Ellis (Yorkshire) & Jenny Wallwork (Yorkshire)
Chris Langridge (Surrey) & Heather Olver (Sussex)
Marcus Ellis (Yorkshire) & Alyssa Lim (Buckinghamshire)
Ben Stawski (Warwickshire) & Lauren Smith (Cumbria)
Matthew Nottingham (Cheshire) & Alex Langley (Nottinghamshire)
Chris Coles (Avon) & Jessica Fletcher (Yorkshire)
