Nearly eight months after her ignominious exit from the London Olympics, Korea’s Ha Jung Eun is finally slated to return to competitive badminton.  Ha has moved from the Seoul-based Daekyo Badminton Team – which is sponsored by the company owned by Badminton World Federation President Kang Young Joong – to the Changwon City Hall Badminton Team.  Coaching at Changwon, in her hometown, is former Asian Games gold medallist Lee Kyung Won, a one-time partner of Ha, who is originally from nearby Busan.

Ha is the newest and by far the most famous member of the Changwon team and her debut will come at the first major domestic tournament of the year, the Spring Team Championships, to be held in Gimcheon from March 21st to 27th.
