2010 World Champion Wang Lin, 24, has decided to leave the Chinese National Badminton Team and go back to her province in Hangzhou because she can’t seem to keep away from injuries, as she explained on her blog on Thursday.

“I have injured myself thrice during these 2 and a half years .. . Only I know what I have been going through during this period. I know I have already tried my best but still, the training in the national team is too heavy for my current condition. Hence, I decided to leave, go back to my hometown and focus on my recuperation. I thank all my fans for the encouragement and support!” Wang wrote.

All of us at Badzine wish Wang Lin the very best for the future.
