Antonia Meinke, a 21-year-old shuttler representing Austria passed away Saturday night. She had been involved in the dramatic car accident which cost the life of Malaysian shuttler Tan Chee Tean on September 29th. Antonia was driving the car which was hit frontally by another car, going back from the Czech Open last week-end. She had been severely injured and sent to the hospital since then. All of us at Badzine send our condolences to Antonia’s family and friends.
